Melissa Crop


Front Desk Coordinator / Registered Dental Assistant

Melissa is a San Diego native and loves living in Oceanside. She spends her free time with friends and family and loves going to the beach, riding bikes, or visiting the local restaurants. Melissa always knew she wanted to be in dentistry. As a child she loved seeing the dentist and was fascinated by what they did. She loved how her dentist and his assistant worked together and made her feel like part of the family. She wanted a career where she was able to do the same. Melissa completed dental assisting school at Palomar College earning her Registered Dental Assistant license. With years of experience working as a dental assistant, Melissa has increased her knowledge working at the front desk and has become an expert in insurance and treatment plan coordination. Greeting patient’s with a smile, Melissa is always available to help provide positive experience for both child and parent.


Registered Dental Assistant

Eliana is a California native calling San Marcos her home. In addition to being a Registered Dental Assistant, Eliana helps out with the front desk greeting families. When Eliana is not working with children at Peak, she is spending quality time with her husband and her two little ones Gianna and Sebastian. You can also find Eliana at Target sipping on some iced coffee from Starbucks. Eliana works incredibly hard to make sure children and parents enjoy their experience at Peak Pediatric Dentistry.

Registered Dental Assistant

Anely was born in Queretaro, Mexico She currently lives in a Fallbrook and loves it! When not working, she is at home enjoying her morning coffee and her free time with her husband and two children Delaney and Elaih. Anely loves working with children and looks forward to making each child visit special!


Registered Dental Assistant

Cassandra grew up in Temecula before calling North County San Diego her home. With her passion to pursue dentistry, she graduated from Palomar College then soon obtained her license as a Registered Dental Assistant. She loves forming new relationships with children and parents while creating a positive and fun dental experience. Her priority is making sure each child feels safe and welcomed while also promoting the importance of oral hygiene. A few of her favorite things are succulents, tea and sushi. When she’s not fighting sugar bugs, she loves spending time with her Frenchie, hanging out at the beach, and exploring new spots in San Diego.
